Accord Management Systems's web site is available to disseminate information about Accord's products and services. The only information we collect via our corporate web site are the names, companies, and e-mail addresses of those who fill out the Contact Us form on our Contact page; the e-mail address and other provided information when people send us an e-mail requesting information; or when people submit their name and e-mail address when subscribing to our newsletter. As a matter of policy, we treat all of the information provided to us as completely confidential. We do not provide or sell the information to any third party for commercial advertising or prospecting purposes. As required based upon the request provided to us, we may share the name and company of an individual with one of our business partners who is directly involved in helping us provide our products and services. These business partners all have agreed contractually to respect the privacy of our information and will not use the information for any purposes other than helping us to provide the services or information requested from us.
